Driver crashes car into ravine off I-469

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) A driver going southbound on I-469 near the GM plant in southwest Allen County drove off the road and into a ravine on Tuesday morning at around 8 am.

Officers on the scene said the driver, an elderly man, may have suffered some sort of medical condition.

It's unclear what sort of injuries he might have suffered and an ambulance did arrive on the scene shortly after the crash.
