Car drives into storefront; no injuries

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) A car drove into a storefront of Mini Salon on Hobson Road on Wednesday.

According to police, an elderly woman was parking her car when her foot slipped off the brake and hit the gas. The car hit the front of the salon.

Two large front windows were broken but the business is expected to remain open.

The driver was not injured and customers inside the business were also uninjured.

The Indiana Department of Transportation has made it easy to check road conditions around the state.
