Man dies after crashing into a tree

SYRACUSE, Ind. (WANE) A Syracuse man is dead after crashing his car last Sunday night.
According to the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department, 20-year-old Corey Kneller was driving westbound on County Road 800 North when he went off the roadway and straight into a tree.
Kneller was taken to the Kosciusko Community Hospital emergency room with internal and head injuries. He was later transferred to Lutheran Hospital where he died.
Investigators believe alcohol may have been a factor in the crash and are currently awaiting toxicology tests before making a final determination.
The accident remains under investigation.
