Fairfield Ave. closed Mon. through Wed.

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - The Fort Wayne Traffic Engineering Department announced Friday that Fairfield Ave. will be closed to all traffic from Creighton Ave. South to Pierce Ave.
The closure will begin on Monday, September 10, 2012 and continue through Wednesday, September 12, 2012.
Officials said Fairfield Ave. will be closed to erect a large crane in the street to lift materials to and from the roof of Fairfield Manor.
Creighton Ave., Harrison St., and Pontiac St. will be used for a detour route.
