Southern Wells Girls Basketball

PONETO, Ind. (WANE) - This week's Team of the Week is the Southern Wells girls basketball team.
The Raiders are off to an 8-0 start. That includes a 3-0 mark in ACAC play, tying Southern Wells with Woodlan for the top spot in the conference standings.
Southern Wells is putting up 45.3 points per night and yielding just 33.1.
The Raiders are coached by John Fouts, who is 197-119 in 15 years with the program.
Southern Wells is ranked ninth in this week's 1A state poll.
