INDIANAPOLIS (AP) - For Colts defensive end Dwight Freeney, the chase is on.
His team is 8-0 and leading the AFC South. It has won 17
straight games, tied for the third-longest streak in NFL history.
Peyton Manning seems to be setting new milestones each week and
tight end Dallas Clark was named this week's offensive player of
the week.
On Sunday, Freeney will have his chance to make history,
too.
If the four-time Pro Bowler can sack New England's Tom
Brady, Freeney will tie the NFL record for most consecutive games
with a sack at 10.
The Colts have added cornerback Anthony Madison to the
roster and released the recently re-signed Josh Thomas, a defensive
end who played in last weekend's victory over Houston.
