INDIANAPOLIS (WANE) - The Indianapolis Colts 2009 Friday Night Football Tour kicks off
in New Palestine on Friday, August 21st for the Whiteland vs. New
Palestine game. The Friday Night Football Tour is part of the Colts
Make It Personal campaign. On the 18th of September, the tour will
be at the Homestead versus Bellmont game in Decatur.
“The Indianapolis Colts are committed to supporting
football at every level. In addition to our youth football
programs, and the Friday Night Football Tour, the Colts host
MYINDIANAFOOTBALL.COM, to celebrate High School football,”
said Tom Zupancic, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for
the Colts. “This website allows every high school in the
State of Indiana to have their own web page devoted exclusively to
their team. We hope that our youth and high school football
programs will continue to strengthen football across the
state.”
The Indianapolis Colts will highlight nine (9) games this
fall in their 2009 Friday Night Football Tour. The Tour will be
open one and a half (1.5) hours prior to kickoff and will feature
the Colts traveling museum, Colts In Motion. Colts In Motion is a
42 foot trailer equipped with interactive videos, a chance to feel
the field turf and a behind the scenes look at the team. Other
Friday Night Football Tour elements include a Quarterback Challenge
football toss, Colts giveaways and fans may also register to win
Colts prizes.
As a part of the 2009 Friday Night Football Tour the
Indianapolis Colts will make a $500 donation to the home
team’s athletic fund on behalf of the Friday Night Football
Tour sponsors. The Friday Night Football Tour is presented by
Grange Insurance, Bluegreen, Herff Jones, Indiana Office of Energy
Development, Finish Line, Indiana Tobacco & Cessation Agency,
Athlete’s Milk Honey, Taco Bell, and The United States Army.
