KOHLER, Wisc. (WANE) - Fort Wayne native Amanda Blumenherst missed the cut at the LPGA's U.S. Women's Open on Friday by carding a +13 over the first two rounds.
Blumeherst was just three over par after Thursday's first round but struggled in round two on Friday. She carded at +10 in round two that includes back-to-back triple bogeys on holes five and six.
Blumenherst is currently 66th on the LPGA's 2012 money list with $74,322 this season. She's had one top ten finish in 14 events. For her career Amanda has earned $417,433 and has four top ten finishes.
