Harnish Hits Practice Field With Colts

INDIANAPOLIS - Norwell graduate Chandler Harnish got his first true taste of professional football on Friday morning as the rookie quarterback took part in the first practice at Colts rookie camp.
Harnish, who was selected by the Colts with the final pick in the NFL draft on Saturday, will also practice with the team in Indianpolis tomorrow and Sunday. He's been assigned the no. 8 red jersey by the team.
The Ossian native is working out alongside no. 1 overall pick Andrew Luck at the quarterback position. Harnish should get plenty of work in the next couple of months as after this rookie camp Luck will not practice with the Colts until early June as he returns to Stanford to finish his degree.
