FORT WAYNE, IN. - For the third straight year the Junior PGA Championships are coming to the Summit City and the host course Sycamore Hills is ready. Thanks to more than three inches of rain in the last week, course conditions are "popping" at just the right time according to tournament officials.

Some are calling this the strongest field the event has ever seen, with defending champions in both the boys and girls divisions competing. The field also includes the top ranked boys and girls golfers in the U.S., James Liu and Alison Lee. Beau Hossler, the No. 5 boys player in the world - who recently competed at the 2012 U.S. Open - be tee off as well.

Davis Love III is featured as this years keynote speaker.

Tournament play begins Tuesday morning and will run through Friday.
