FORT WAYNE, IN. - Amanda Blumenherst was back in the Summit City on Friday morning, hosting her annual golf clinic for the Lifetime Sports Academy. Kids and parents alike were able to observe and pick up tips from the LPGA pro.

It's the first of many commitments this weekend for the longtime Fort Wayne resident. Blumenherst is hosting the annual Mad Anthony's Charity Classic on Sunday and Monday - the first time the event has ever featured such a role. It's also the first time such a large contingency of LPGA professionals have competed in the event.

A dozen pros are slated to tee it up this weekend in hopes that Fort Wayne could one day serve as a regular stop on the LPGA Tour.
