Former Mad Ant Howard signs with Knicks

FORT WAYNE, Ind. - The New York Knicks have signed former Mad Ants player Ron Howard to their training camp roster. Howard will join Mad Ants teammate Chris Hunter for the Knicks training camp, which started this week.
Howard averaged 7.3 points, 2.5 rebounds and 17.5 minutes as a member of the Knicks team in the 2009 NBA Summer League presented by EA Sports. As a Mad Ant, Howard averaged 18.7 points last season after posting 11.1 points for Fort Wayne during the 2007-08 campaign.
Hunter received a Gatorade Call-Up to the Knicks at the end of the last season and has been training with the Knicks all summer.
