DES MOINES, IA (WANE) - On the road at Iowa Friday night, the Mad Ants saw their road woes continue dropping the contest to the Energy, 112-101.

The Ants led 15-11 in the first quarter, but that's when Iowa made its move.  Fort Wayne saw the lead slip away and would never recover.  Iowa led by five at halftime.

In the second half, the Energy's lead kept increasing as Iowa led by ten heading into the fourth quarter where Iowa would outscore the Mad Ants by another point to grab the win.

Rashad Anderson paced the Mad Ants with 24 points.  Rob Kurz chipped in 21 while Sean Sonderleiter added 15.

The Mad Ants drop to 9-15 this season.  Both teams meet again Saturday night in Des Moines.

Mad Ants have now lost two straight, four of the last five games and ten of the last 13 games.
