AUSTIN, Texas - The Mad Ants squandered a 24-point lead in the third quarter and ended up losing to Austin in overtime, 133-124.
Seven Ants scored in double-figures, led by Oliver Lafayette's 23 points. Rob Kurz recorded a double-double with 20 points and 11 rebounds. Rashad Anderson scored 18, Rod Wilmont 17, Ryan Ayers 16, Sean Sonderleiter 14, and Kyle McAlarney 12.
Malik Hairston netted 35 points to lead the Toros.
The Ants, playing their fourth game on a six game road trip, play again on Friday. Fort Wayne travels to Iowa for a date with the Energy.
