INDIANAPOLIS (WANE) - Click on video clip 1 for a story on the Purdue connection, clip 2 for Eugene Parker's connection to this year's game, clip 3 for a story on the three native Hoosiers that will play on Sunday, and clip four regarding Tony Ugoh, BenJarvus Green-Ellis, and Justin Tuck.

After another Media Day filled with its usual antics, the Giants and Patriots are getting down to business at Super Bowl XLVI as players met with the media for the second-to-last time Wednesday.

The Patriots had availability first on Wednesday at the team hotel in downtown Indianapolis followed by the Giants at their respective hotel.

NewsChannel 15 Sports Director Glenn Marini was in the Circle City to talk with some of the players from both teams that have special ties to the state of Indiana.

Giants punter Steve Weatherford is a Terre Haute native while defensive end Justin Tuck played college ball at Notre Dame.  Four New York players used to play with the Colts - Tony Ugoh, Andre Brown, Michael Coe and Justin Tyron.

For the Patriots, former Boilermaker Matt Light anchors the offensive line as the left tackle.  Two other former Purdue players join Light on New England - Niko Koutouvides and Rob Ninkovich.  Safety Sergio Brown played at Notre Dame.  Running back BenJarvus Green-Ellis played at Indiana for two seasons before transferring to Mississippi.

Thursday, NewsChannel 15's Ross Kinsey will report from Indianapolis as the players will meet with the media for the final time before Sunday's big game.
