Jamie Milam Signs With English Team

Komets defenseman Jamie Milam has agreed to terms on a contract to play professionally in England next season. According to the website of the English pro team the Cardiff Devils, the 6-foot Milam will be with the team when their season begins on August 29th.
In his lone season with the Komets, Milam appeared in 66 regular season games, scoring 20 goals and totaling 41 points. He helped lead the team to its first CHL championship with three goals and 12 points in 18 playoff games.
The Cardiff Devils play in the Elite Ice Hockey League.
