FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - The Komets open their first season in the ECHL this Friday night at home against Kalamazoo which means it is a perfect time to sit down with The News-Sentinel's beat writer Blake Sebring to discuss the upcoming campaign.

The Komets have a number of key additions this year in defenseman Tyler Butler, goaltenders Kenny Reiter and Charlie Effinger, and forwards Brandon Marino and Eric Giosa just to name a few.

Sebring goes over the roster and tells us who will step up this season for the Komets and who might surprise Fort Wayne fans by the season's end.
