READING, Penn. (WANE) - The Fort Wayne Komets blew a 4-2 lead Friday night while in Reading. The Royals scored four goals in the third period to pick up the 6-4 win.
The Komets took a two-goal lead after 40 minutes of play with three second-period goals. Kaleigh Schrock scored one in the second, and Ryan Lasch netted two more.
The Komets have two more games this weekend.
The team travels to Wheeling for a game Saturday night. On Sunday, the puck drops at the Coliseum when the Komets host Kalamazoo.
