DULUTH, Ga. (WANE) - The Fort Wayne Komets were not able to sweep the second game of the week over the Gwinnett Gladiators.  The Komets lost Friday night in Georgia, 3-1.

The team beat the Gladiators on Wednesday night.

In Friday night's game in Duluth, the Gladiators scored one goal on all three periods.  The team had a power play goal in the first, before the Komets' Daniel Maggio knotted the game up in the second.

Gwinnett took the lead later in the second with a short-handed goal, and sealed the win in the third with an empty netter.

The Komets were out shot in the game, 34-22.

The Komets next game is Friday night when the team travels to Orlando.
