FORT WAYNE, IN. (WANE) - In the marquee match-up of area teams on Saturday night, Concordia rallied from a halftime deficit to top visiting Homestead 55-48. The Spartans led early thanks to a strong transition attack before the Cadets put the clamps on in the final 16 minutes. D.J. McCall and Thomas Starks led the way - each scoring in double figures.
Meanwhile, in Indianapolis, Bishop Luers won at Indianapolis Chatard 65-62 behind a monster effort from James Blackmon Jr. The Indiana recruit netted 39 points in leading the Knights to a road win.
