FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - Ronald White scored 21 points, leading the host Generals to a 67-63 win over heavily favored Bishop Luers. The loss is the fourth straight for the Knights.
Luers senior Deshaun Thomas poured in 34 in a losing effort, leaving him just 307 points shy of Damon Bailey's all time IHSAA scoring record.
The win improves the Generals to 6-11 on the season, 3-5 in the SAC. They'll return to action Thursday, travelling to South Side. The Knights fall to 10-7 on the season, 4-4 in the SAC. Weather permitting, they'll travel south on Saturday to take on Lawrence North. That game's scheduled for a 4:00pm tip-off, televised nationally on ESPN U.
