Norwell Finishes Regular Season Perfect
Lady Knights defeat Southern Wells 59-24

OSSIAN, Ind. (WANE) - With a 59-24 win over county rival Southern Wells, the Norwell Lady Knights completed a perfect 20-0 regular season. The NHC Champs were led by Senior Janelle Wilson who scored 19. Despite the lack of inside player Jessica Rupright, the Norwell guards were able to dominate in the paint. Rupright was held out with a sore hamstring as a precautionary measure.
The Lady Knights try to continue their impressive season with postseason success, starting the 3A playoffs on Tuesday. They'll take on Peru in the quarterfinals of 3A Sectional 22 at Wayne High School.
