Gayday helps Trojans to 7-1 mark in SAC

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - Click on the VIDEO tab to you left to see highlights from Friday's South Side-Elmhurst girls-boys double header.
Kristian Gayday nailed a three-pointer in the final seconds as Elmhurst nipped South Side Friday night, 49-48.
With the win Elmhurst improves to 7-1 in SAC play. The Trojans can clinch the conference title with a loss by Harding tomorrow or a win against Concordia next Thursday. It would be Elmhurst's first boys basketball SAC title.
In girls action Elmhurst topped South Side, 67-62. The Lady Trojans finish second in the SAC behind 9-0 Concordia. South finishes third.
