GBB: Panthers On Prowl For Regionals

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - Snider will be looking for a regional title this weekend in Kokomo as the Panthers are set to face Logansport Saturday at 10 a.m. in the regional semifinals.

The Panthers come into the game ranked 16th in 4A with a 20-3 record. Logansport is no. 4 in 4A with a 24-1 mark.

Snider is led by Western Michigan-bound Meredith Shipman at 16 points a game. Deja Wimby chips in 14.1 points a contest.

Logansport is paced by star junior Whitney Jennings. The Iowa recruit puts up 23.8 points a game.

The Panthers are in their first year under head coach Kelley Meiklejohn.
