GBB: Cavs Celebrate Fifth Class A Title

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - Canterbury celebrated the girls basketball program's fifth Class A state championship on Monday afternoon with a school-wide pep rally at the gym.

The Cavaliers beat Vincennes Rivet 42-35 in the title game on Saturday in Terre Haute.

Canterbury has now won five of the last six Class A state championships; however, the Cavs will be playing in 2A next year.
