Gary Harris Named Mr. Basketball

INDIANAPOLIS - The Indianapolis Star announced its 2012 Mr. Basketball award winner on Sunday morning and the honors go to Hamilton Southeastern star Gary Harris.
A consensus top-25 player in the Class of 2012, Harris averaged over 25 points, seven rebounds and four steals per game this past season. The future Michigan State Spartan totaled 154 votes, edging out IU commit Yogi Ferrell who finished second with 103 votes.
