FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - Out in Aboite Homestead topped rival Snider 77-69 as the Spartans avenged an overtime loss to the Panthers at Kilmer Court last season.

Homestead was led by senior Nick Gamble with 21 points while freshman Caleb Swanigan added 18. Snider was led by Aaron Washington with 20 points.

At Charger Fieldhouse North Side sunk six three-pointers in the first quarter en route to a 70-55 win over Carroll. Oosha Mitchell and Trevion Crews led North Side with 14 points apiece. Freshman Kyle Mallers led Carroll with 20 in the loss.

Bishop Luers took care of Warsaw at home, beating the Tigers 77-63.

At Concordia the host Cadets topped Heritage 53-43. D.J. McCall led Concordia with 16 while Brandon Webb added 12.Nate Scheumann led the Patriots with 16 points.

At Bishop Dwenger the Saints downed East Noble 54-28. Marcus Stepp led Dwenger with 12 points while Kyle Hartman added 11. Houston Pattee paced East Noble with nine points.

At Wayne junior Justin Mitchell had a huge night in leading the Generals to a 76-49 win over Whitko. Mitchell went for 31 points, 10 rebounds, 7 blocks, 6 assists, and 5 steals. Levi Mitchell added 12 points while Jescus Mitchell chipped in with 11. Trey Weber paced Whitko with 17 points while Gabe Powell chipped in with 14.

South Side made a successful road trip to Wawasee as the Archers topped the Warriors 73-55.

At the Elmer Strautman Athletic Complex Norwell topped host Woodlan 85-50. Josh VanMeter dropped in 23 points for the Knights while Cam Denney added 15 and David Vogel 13. Jaylin Bennett led the Warriors with 14 points, Kadin Gerig had 13, and Shawn McGettigan tallied 11.

Up in Auburn Lakewood Park Christian now has a nine-game winning streak thanks to a 90-83 win over Leo. Mann led the Panthers with 23 points and 10 boards. A.J. Busche had 16 ppints and 10 rebounds for Leo while Adam Davison added 14.

Also in Auburn DeKalb earned county bragging rights by beating Garrett 43-36. Austin Macy led the Barons with 24 points while Adison Daub added 11.

Huntington North wrapped up NCC play at home with a 68-67 loss to Logansport. The Vikings were led by Noah Reed's 30 points.

Adams Central now as Adams Country bragging right as the Jets topped South Adams 53-44.

At the Tigers Den Bluffton beat Bellmont 57-40. Matt Sturgeon led Bluffton with 13 points.

Tyler Jenkins tallied 26 points and 10 rebounds as Fremont bested Central Noble 68-35.

Kadis Renier netted 17 points as Eastside beat Angola 42-38.

Northfield's Collin Dawes netted 17 points as Northfield beat Southwood 52-45.

Over the border in Ohio Wayne Trace beat Edgerton 56-50. Wayne Trace wins the Green Meadows Conference championship outright for the program's 24th GMC.
