FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - The Scott twins combined for 52 points as 4A no. 9 Northrop topped 4A no. 19 New Haven 71-66 in the Highlight Zone "Game of the Week" Friday night at Mark Schoeff Gymnasium.

Purdue signee Bryson Scott matched Indiana State signee Brenton Scott with 26 points as the only Bruins in double figures.

Notre Dame-bound V.J. Beachem led New Haven with 27 points on 10-of-22 shooting as the Bulldogs fell to 3-1 on the season.

1A no. 7 Canterbury topped Bethany Christian 66-51. Trent Van Horn led the Cavaliers with 22 points while Chase Moyle added 21.

In other local boys action 3A no. 9 Concordia topped Leo 92-74 while 3A no. 8 Norwell bested county rival Bluffton 80-46 behind Josh VanMeter with 21 points.

In girls action Bishop Luers lost to 4A no. 1 Hamilton Southeastern 53-45.
