FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) Indiana Tech picked up a local product for its baseball program on Tuesday.

Blackhawk Christian Senior Austin Osborne signed a letter of intent to play for the Warriors next year.

Osborne went 5-0 last season with a 2.18 ERA for the Braves, who were sectional and regional champs.

"I'm working very hard with my academics and I'm just trying to get those up as high as I can so that I can contribute to keep the GPA of the team up and also just my efforts on the baseball team and my skills that I already have and just hope I can do good there," said Osborne.

Osborne said he plans to major in either computer science or computer engineering.
