FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - Luers needed a 46-yards touchdown pass from Quinn Cook to Tyrell Johnson with seven seconds left to beat Northrop 21-17 at Spuller Stadium.

The win improves Luers to 1-1 while Northrop falls to 0-2.

Bishop Dwenger won the battle of Zollner Stadium as the Saints beat Concordia 21-14. Dwenger, who came in ranked no. 1 in 4A, scored in the first quarter on a 33-yard run from D'Marcus Moon. Cody Miller would hit Gabriel Espinoza for a 30-yard touchdown early in the second quarter to give the Saints a 14-0 lead.

At Jack Weicker Stadium Snider topped South Side 56-25 thanks to a 30-point third quarter.
