FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - Two of the best 2A teams in the state will go head-to-head Friday night in the Highlight Zone "Game of the Week."

2A no. 6 Churubusco travels to 2A no. 5 Bishop Luers for a 7 p.m. kick. These two met in sectional play last year at Luersfield with the Knights winning 34-7.

Luers is coming off a 42-7 win over Eastside while Busco beat Elwood 35-13 on the road last week.

The Knights are led by Notre Dame-bound senior running back/linebacker Jaylon Smith while the Eagles are led by senior running back Jason Nicodemus. Nicodemus has rushed for 2,114 yards this year.
