NORTH MANCHESTER, IN. (WANE) - Behind 357 passing yards and four touchdowns from quarterback Jonny West, No. 20 Franklin rolled over Manchester 48-27 on Saturday afternoon.
The Grizzlies opened the game with 21 unanswered points on a pair of touchdown runs from Joey Pasquale and West's first touchdown pass - a 16-yard strike to Kyle Linville. In all - Manchester was outgained 550 yards to 349.
Nick Williams provided the bulk of the scoring for the Spartans, with a pair of rushing touchdowns. Logan Haston connected with Brice Peyton for a 19-yard touchdown pass with less than 30 second remaining.
The loss drops Manchester to 0-3 on the season.
