FORT WAYNE, IN. (WANE) - The Saint Francis football program will attempt to run its record to 3-0 on Saturday when the No. 6 Cougars welcome No. 20 St. Ambrose to Bishop D'Arcy Stadium. A win would give head coach Kevin Donley 257 for his career, making him the winningest coach in NAIA football history. Donley tied record holder Frosty Westering last week when USF defeated UW-Stevens Point 39-31.

Historically Saint Francis has dominated their series with St. Ambrose, winning all seven previous meetings. The Cougars narrowly escaped with a 34-33 road win last season however, rallying from an early 21-point deficit. The Bees return starters at quarterback, running back and wide receiver and opened their season with a 43-6 win over Trinity International.

Cougars quarterback Josh Miller - who was pulled in the second half last week due to complications from dehydration - will start this week.
