Indiana Tech upset third-ranked Davenport 57-47 Wednesday night at the Schaefer Center to headline local college basketball action.
Tech improves to 16-5, 6-5 in WHAC play. Davenport drops to 20-3, 10-1 WHAC.
The Warriors were led by Rodney Bartholomew's 20 points and 15 rebounds. Melvin Brooks added 12 points for Tech.
In women's action Saint Francis snapped a two-game losing streak by beating Spring Arbor 74-54 at the Hutzell Athletic Center.
Kayla Mullins paced USF with 21 points. Luers grad Amanda Pedro recorded a double-double with 10 points and 11 rebounds while Norwell grad Jenelle Wilson did the same by racking up 11 points and 10 assists.
USF improves to 14-9, 6-5 in MCC play.
