Reports: Kelly Interviews With Eagles

SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WANE) - According to multiple national reports - including one from ESPN - Notre Dame's Brian Kelly interviewed with the Philadelphia Eagles on Tuesday night and is scheduled to meet again with the NFL franchise this weekend.

Kelly just finished his third season as the head coach of the Irish. Notre Dame lost to Alabama 42-14 in the BCS National Championship on Monday night. He reportedly interviewed with the Eagles just 24 hours later.

Kelly has reportedly left the country on vacation but will return this weekend and speak to the Eagles again.

Philadelphia is looking for a head coach after firing long-time coach Andy Reid immediately after the regular season ended.
