MBB: USF Men Win, Tech Splits Games

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - Behind 26 points and 12 rebounds from Scott Kohne the Saint Francis men's basketball team held off IU-Southeast 78-71 Wednesday night at the Hutzell Athletic Center.

USF improves to 8-2 with the win. The Cougars were ranked no. 22 in this week's NAIA D-2 poll coming into the night.

Across town at the Schaefer Center Indiana Tech's basketball programs split a double-header with Concordia.

In the women's game it was Tech falling 78-60. Chelsea Carradine led the Warriors with 18 points. Tech falls to 2-8 with the loss.

In the nightcap the Indiana Tech men topped Concordia 72-62. Antonio Cannon led Tech with 20 points as Tech improves to 10-2 overall.
