FORT WAYNE, Ind. - The IPFW men's basketball team set a single-game school record for fewest points allowed in a game, as the Mastodon offense also had a much-needed breakout, as IPFW ran past the Judson Eagles by a 92-22 final score at the Memorial Coliseum.
The 22 points are the fewest allowed in school history, fewer than the previous low of 36 set against IU-East on November 25, 2008. The 70-point margin of victory is also a single-game school record.
Four Mastodon players reached double-figure scoring, led by a career-high 17 from Herbert Graham , while Frank Gaines scored 15, Joe Reed 14, and Luis Jacobo 13. Kevin Harden finished with nine points, while Isaiah McCray , Mario Hines , and Joe Edwards each scored eight.
McCray pulled down a game-high eight rebounds, with Jacobo snagging six, as IPFW out-rebounded the Eagles 43-to-23. Joe Edwards dished out a career-high five assists, while Herbert Graham picked up four steals.
