MBB: Huntington Tops Great Lakes By 25

HUNTINGTON, Ind. (WANE) - Huntington University led by 16 at half and went on to defeat Great Lakes Christian 75-50 in men's college basketball on Tuesday night.
HU was led by Carroll high school grad Shane Merryman with 18 points. DeKalb grad Ryan Boester added 13 while Colin Featherston, a Huntington native, chipped in with 11.
Huntington improves to 5-5 on the season.
In women's basketball on Tuesday night Huntington fell to Purdue Calument 77-76 at Platt Arena. Pazia Speed led HU with 19 points while Allison Greene added 17.
The Huntington women's team falls to 7-3 with the loss.
