The IPFW Mastodons led by 40 at half before cruising to a win in their home opener against Madonna, 86-57.
IPFW was led by Deilvez Yearby who had 20 points. Jeremy Mixon chipped in 14 while Ben Botts added 10. Antwone Snead led the way on the glass with 10 rebounds. Botts led the team with five assists.
IPFW led 53-13 at the half against Madonna. The Dons shot 45-percent from the field for the game.
With the win the Dons improve to 1-1 on the season. They face Washington State Thursday night.
