FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - The Carroll cross country program has had plenty of success, but the Chargers look to take the ultimate step this weekend at the state meet in Terre Haute.

The Carroll girls are ranked no. 2 in the latest state poll after winning the New Haven semi-state in dominating fashion last weekend. Carroll finished seventh at state last year.

On the boys side Carroll is also ranked no. 2 as the Chargers brought home a semi-state championship as well. Last year the Chargers came in ninth at the state meet.
