Wayne high school's Kendan Lewis is staying close to home to play college basketball as the 6-2 guard inked with Saint Francis on Thursday afternoon.
Lewis averaged 13.3 points per game as a senior for the Generals. He also averaged 4.0 rebounds, 3.2 assists, and 2.6 steals a game. Lewis shot 52.4 percent from the floor.
He scored a season-high 24 points against Luers and added 21 in an upset win over Jay County in sectional play.
