Woodlan wins on walk-off

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - Click on the VIDEO tab to your left to see WANE's coverage of Tuesday's regional title games and an interview with Woodlan's Hannah Robbins.

Two walk-off wins highlighted local regional championship games, as both DeKalb and Woodlan won on their final swing.

At DeKalb, the Barons scored four error-aided runs in the bottom of the ninth to top Homestead 7-6, earning DHS its second regional title.

At Woodlan, the Warriors got a bases loaded single from freshman Hannah Robbins in the bottom of the seventh to top Cass 9-8.

In 3A Andrea Filler dominated both at the plate and on the mound as the Saints shut out Mississinewa 5-0.
