FORT WAYNE - Bishop Luers senior-to-be Michael Rogers knows where he'll play after high school as the standout receiver verbally committed to Bowling Green on Thursday.

Rogers is coming off a junior season that saw him catch 48 passes for 1,030 yards and 19 touchdowns.

Rogers is 6-foot-1 and weighs 190 pounds. The athletic receiver is rated as a three-star recruit by Rivals. He's considered one of the top 20 players in the class of 2013 for the state of Indiana.

Rogers will likely catch passes at Bowling Green from high school quarterback James Knapke. The SAC's all-time leader in passing yards and passing touchdowns Knapke signed with BGSU in February and will report to school in the next two weeks.
