FORT WAYNE, IN. - Behind a hat trick from sophomore Brennan Cochran, DeKalb upended No. 12 Homestead 4-2 on Monday night. The game was tied 2-2 after regulation and the first overtime period before the Barons scored twice in the second and final extra period.
Senior Chris Anderson paced the Spartans with two goals. Landon Cochran - Brennan's brother - scored the fourth goal for DeKalb who improved to 4-1 on the season.
