GVB: Snider & East Noble Advance

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - Snider swept Columbia City at Northrop high school to highlight sectional volleyball play on Wednesday night.
Snider won 25-12, 25-21, 25-22.
Somer Johnson led Snider with 18 kills while Rachel Wilson added 34 assists.
Kalisha Goree and Gabrielle Hazen paced Columbia City with eight kills apiece.
In the night game at Northrop it was East Noble over North Side 3-1. East Noble won 25-11, 25-20, 22-25, 25-18.
The Knights were led by Kourtney Edwards with 12 kills. North Side's Jayla Lewis led the Redskins with nine kills.
East Noble and Snider will play each other on Saturday in the sectional semi-finals. The winner will advance to the sectional championship match where they will face the winner of DeKalb-Carroll.
