Eight Snider Standouts Sign For College

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - Four Snider football standouts put pen to paper on Wednesday morning to open the signing period for football.

Defensive lineman Weston Painter inked with Indiana State. Painter verbally committed to the Sycamores this past summer.

Offensive lineman Ruben Holcomb is heading south to the University of Indianapolis.

Kicker/tight end Josh Spitale will stay in Fort Wayne and play at Saint Francis while fellow tight end Addison Dellinger signed with St. Joseph's.

Additionally, Aleia Campbell signed to play women's soccer at IPFW, Asher Scott signed with the men's Track and Field team at Lewis University, Landan Mintch accepted a scholarship to swim at IUPUI and Zachary Reinig signed a baseball scholarship with Vincennes University.
