FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - They share a school, a sport, and a birthday (March 29 to be exact). Now Marina Konow and Zach Panning share one more thing in common - a sectional championship.
Konow won the girls sectional cross country meet at Northrop with a time of 18:52. Meanwhile Panning won the boys title with a time of 15:40, 28 seconds ahead of the second place finisher.
Carroll swept the team titles, with the top five teams advancing to Saturday's regional at West Noble:
