FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - With two 3A state championships in the past three seasons the Concordia girls basketball team is building itself into a powerhouse.
Dave Miller's Cadets went 21-5 last season, beating Mount Vernon 42-39 in the state championship game in Terre Haute.
Concordia graduated five seniors of last year's team, including Lauren Marinko, the Class 3A Patricia L. Roy Mental Attitude Award winner.
Concordia opens the season Nov. 6 at Bellmont.
