FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - The Carroll gymnastics team came into Monday night's meet with Heritage ranked no. 13 in the latest state poll. The Chargers proved well worth their ranking as they topped the Patriots 103.600 to 93.950 in local action.
Rachael Anderson of Heritage would win the overall title with 35.300 points, including first place finishes on the floor exercise and uneven bars.
Carroll was led by Megan Felger's first place finish in the vault and Morgan Moehle's first place finish on the beam. Felger and Moehle finished second and third, respectively, in the all-around behind Anderson.
