FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - Ingredients:
2 sticks butter or margarine
2 cups flour
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 - 8 oz. packages cream cheese
1 cup sugar
2 - 3.4 oz packages pistachio pudding
3 cups milk
1- 8 oz. container whipped topping

Directions:
1.  Melt butter or margarine, add flour and nuts.  Press into 13" x 9" pan to form crust.  Bake 20 minutes at 350°F.  Next, cool in refrigerator for at leat 10 minutes.

2.  Use mixer to beat together the cream cheese and sugar for 10 minutes.  Then, layer in pan over crust.  Chill in refrigerator at least 10 minutes.

3.  Mix by hand the pudding and milk.  Layer over cream cheese.  Chill in refrigerator for a half hour.

4.  Top with one container of whipped topping and enjoy!

Recipe Notes:  One good thing about this recipe is that you may cut all ingredients in half and make a smaller version in an 8" x 8" pan.  This dessert is always best served cold.
